How are your prices listed?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and delivery fees. These additional charges will be applied at checkout.

What if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?
It’s important to provide the correct address at checkout, as well as ensure you pick up your parcel from any applicable collection point. If a package is delivered to the wrong address or returned due to an address error, we will contact you with options for reshipment at your expense. If you realize the error before your order ships, please contact us right away, and we’ll correct it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards will be available soon—stay tuned!

What is your return policy? At Beans Closet, all of our items are made to order with great care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Where are you located?
We are based in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, and offer local pickup and free local delivery. Canada-wide shipping is also available.

When will my order be ready?

  • For local pickup: Orders are typically ready within 24-72 hours. If you need your order sooner, feel free to message us—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
  • For local delivery: Delivery dates will be listed on our website.
  • For Canada-wide shipping: Please allow 48 hours for processing, plus 5-7 business days for delivery.

What if my package says it’s delivered but I can’t find it?
If your package shows as delivered but isn’t at your door, please check your community mailbox (if applicable). If it’s still missing, you’ll need to contact the courier using your tracking number. Beans Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
